Attention MD uses Zoom for HealthCare

While it is not necessary to sign up with Zoom, video calls are simpler if you register and download the Zoom app. If the app is not installed, the link we send you will open in a browser window. Please practice Zoom calls with a friend if it is new to you.

If you are unable to use Zoom, please call or text the staff cell phone 30 minutes or more prior to your appointment. We will do our best to answer or call you right back but we may be with a patient.

Michigan laws require video connections for virtual sessions. Phone or audio-only connections are not an option

IMPORTANT: new FORM DEADLINES

We ask that your form be submitted at least one business day prior to your appointment.

If your form is not received by the deadline listed below, we may begin offering the appointment time to patients on our wait list. You will then be placed on the wait list with no guarantee of next availability.

• If you have a MORNING appointment, the final deadline is at 4:00 the day prior to your appointment.

• If you have an AFTERNOON appointment, the final deadline is 3 hours prior to your appointment time.
